Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original silk pouch and shipping box, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in pristine condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
